Niboban Camps Rental Rates

Our cabins are open year round. CLOSED April 1st until Ice-Out.

Summer Season: June through August	Rates
Saturday to Saturday	$950.00 per Week

Fall Season: September 1st through November 30th	Rates
Weekly	$815.00 per Week
2 Night Minimum Stay	$190.00 per Night

Winter Season: December 1st through April 1st	Rates
Weekly	$900.00 per Week
2 Night Minimum Stay	$210.00 per Night

Spring Season: Ice-Out through May 31st	Rates
Weekly	$815.00 per Week
2 Night Minimum Stay	$190.00 per Night

Honeymoon Cabin: Year-Round	Rates
Weekly	$700.00 per Week
2 Night Minimum Stay	$160.00 per Night

Rates are based upon a party of 4. $15.00 daily for each additional person.

Niboban Camps Rental Policies

Sales Tax: The above rates are subject to a 7% Maine sales tax.

Deposits: $250.00 for Weekly reservations, $140.00 for all others. Balance due at Check-In. Visa, MasterCard and checks are accepted.

Check-In Time: 3:00 P.M., Check-Out Time: 10:00 A.M.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be made only with a 30-day notice of cancellation. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee per week. There will be no refunds in case of early departure.

Pets: Paws to Feathers. We allow pets for an additional fee of $10.00 per day. Dogs must be kept on a leash and attended to at all times.
